• Cancellation requests must be made before the agreed service delivery deadline.

Cancellation by Agency

• If we are unable to provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client promptly and either issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

Refund Policy

100% Refund Policy

• We generally offer a 100% refund for cancellations; however, all refund requests are subject to approval by our team.
• Approval will be based on
  • The stage of the service or project at the time of cancellation.
  • Costs already incurred for the project.
  • The terms outlined in the service agreement.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds may not be approved if
  • The service is already completed or substantially delivered.
  • Resources or third-party tools have been procured specifically for the client's project.

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Modification Requests
